Below find the Abydion campaign’s settings from the Same Page Tool:

Do you play to win?
b) Good play isn’t a win/lose kind of thing

Player characters are:
d) pursuing their own agendas – they might work together, they might work against each other (although all conflicts must remain in-character; if they spill over into out-of-game conflict, then something will need to be done to resolve it)

The GM’s role is:
c) The GM has no plan – the GM simply plays the NPCs and has them act or react based on their motivations

The players’ roles are…
b) …to set goals for their characters, and pursue them proactively (…but there will also be news items from the world around the PCs, job offers from NPCs, etc. to provide direction when characters don’t have clear goals at hand or are unsure of how to pursue them.)

Doing the smartest thing for your character’s survival…
b) …sometimes isn’t as important as other choices

The GM’s role to the rules is…
c) …ignore them when they conflict with what “should” happen, based either on realism, the setting, or the genre

After many sessions of play, during one session, a player decides to have her character side with an enemy. This is…
e) …a meaningful moment, powerful and an example of excellent play.

A fistfight breaks out in a bar! The details of where everything is – tables, chairs, where everyone is standing is something that…
b) …is something the GM will describe and you should ask questions to get more information. (…although players can also make obvious assumptions – in a barroom brawl, you don’t need to ask whether there are tables or mugs of beer in the room.)

In order to really have fun with this game, the rulebook is something that…
d) …everyone at least should know the basics of the rules. (Specifically, because of how Mythras combat works, players should be at least passingly familiar with combat Special Effects, because they will frequently need to be able to choose which Special Effects to apply to attacks or defenses. I’m generally perfectly fine with players having no knowledge of the rules/mechanics at all, but Mythras doesn’t quite allow for going to that extreme.)

This game runs best when the players take time to create characters that are…
d) …tied into the other characters as allies, friends, or rivals
